Obst, Vitch Chop Up an Opponent
Nível 21
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Chris Vitch bet a flop of 5♥A♦Q♠ as James Obst called from the cutoff, as did a player under the gun.
The turn came the 9♥ and Vitch bet again. Both opponents called to the 6♠ river, where action checked to Obst.
Obst put out a bet and the under-the-gun player quickly called. Vitch took his name before also calling.
Obst turned over 3♥2♠J♥J♠ for the nut low, while Vitch had A♥A♠ for top set to take the high.
"That's what I was afraid of," the defeated opponent said as he mucked.
