Volpe checked once more on the 2♣ river and Eveslage fired a hefty bet of 150,000 to send Volpe into the tank. After some deliberation and inventory of his chips, Volpe made the call.
Eveslage tabled K♠5♠ for a king-high flush and Volpe showed A♠Q♣ as he mucked in defeat.
