The 
river put four to a straight on the board and the small blind slowed down, checking to Kniep who promptly led out for 4,100. That was met by a quick fold from the cutoff and the small blind followed suit, tossing 
face up into the muck. Kniep has gotten off to a red-hot start, pushing his stack north of the 100,000 mark within the first level of play.
