Three players paid 1,800 to see the 
flop. The cutoff led out for 3,000. Josh Shapiro, in the small blind, raised to 6,000. "Plan that before the flop?" the cutoff asked of Shapiro, who could only offer a confused "what?" in response. The opponent made the call, while the other player who had gone to the flop got out of the way.
On the 
turn, Shapiro continued, now for 8,000, getting a quick call from his opponent. On the 
river, Shapiro moved all in for 22,700. This was too much for the cutoff, who threw his cards towards the muck in disgust, while Shapiro raked in the pot.
