Hall Goes For It On River

Galen Hall
Galen Hall

In a three-way pot of roughly 100,000 on a board showing {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, Galen Hall bet 100,000 from under the gun. The cutoff folded and Michael Jozoff made the call on the button.

The {6-Hearts} completed the board and Hall took a moment before moving all in for 217,000. Jozoff went in the tank, deciding what to do.

"I think you have it," said Jozoff, as he was thinking on what to do. Jozoff eventually folded and the large pot was sent to Hall who tabled {8-Spades}{7-Spades} for missed draw and only eight-high.

"He didn't have it," said Jozoff after seeing the bluff. "I kind of had it on the turn," replied Hall after having a huge draw but missed all the outs.
