Kyriakides Doubles Up

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Joseph Dipascale opened from under the gun. Action folded to Miltiadis Kyriakides in the cutoff, who moved all in for 210,000. After a count from the dealer, Dipascale made the call to put Kyriakides at risk.

Miltiadis Kyriakides: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Joseph Dipascale: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}

Kyriakides was ahead with his ace and in great position to double up. The {5-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} runout was a safe one for him, and he scooped it with ace high to double up.

Meyers Triples Up

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

In a three-way pot, the flop was {7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{a-Clubs} and Christopher Meyers checked in the big blind to Daniel Negreanu who bet 120,000. Jay Harwood, in the cutoff, made the call and Meyers shoved for 125,000. Negreanu and Harwood completed.

The turn was the {6-Spades} and both Negreanu and Harwood quickly checked.

The {2-Clubs} hit the river and Negreanu checked again but Harwood sent 150,000 in the middle. Negreanu looked at his cards once more but let it go.

Meyers showed {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Harwood showed {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{10-Spades} before sending his cards into the muck.

Blomberg Doubles Through Salazar

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

After 3 players limped, action was on Aden Salazar in the big blind. He raised it up to 100,000. Colton Blomberg, in early position, was the first to respond, doing so with a shove worth 230,000. Action folded back to Salazar who snap called.

Colton Blomberg: {2-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{k-Spades}
Aden Salazar: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Spades}

Blomberg was ahead with his kings. The {2-Spades}{q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{j-Spades} runout affected nothing, and the pot went to Blomberg, doubling his stack.

Park Doubles Through Leffingwell

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

The board {k-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{3-Hearts}{6-Spades}{9-Diamonds} was already dealt with Robert Park being all in for less than 500,000 with {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} in his hands for top two pair. He was against William Leffingwell who had made the call with {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and the pot was sent to Park who doubled up.

Yoshimichi Hits the Rail

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Makoto Yoshimichi opened and William Leffingwell three-bet in the cutoff for 120,000. It came back to Yoshimichi who four-bet to 340,000. Leffingwell considered Yoshimichi's stack, which was around 750,000 and shoved. Yoshimichi quickly called:

Makoto Yoshimichi: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
William Leffingwell: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}

Yoshimi was in terrible shape for the double up and found no help throughout the board {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{4-Hearts} to make his way to the exit. He was joined in the payout desk by Zachary Reinbold just a few minutes later.

Andreassen Gets Counterfeited

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Action was joined with around 125,000 in the pot and a flop of {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} on the felt. Sandeep Pulusani check called a bet of 40,000 from Vegard Andreassen.

The pair both checked the {3-Clubs} turn leading to a {7-Clubs} river. Andreassen led out for 115,000 this time, and Pulusani called. Andreassen showed {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}, before Pulusani turned over {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}. The doubly paired board had left Andreassen's small pocket pair obsolete, and Pulusani scooped the pot with the superior kicked.
