Event #74: $1,500 Bounty Pot-Limit Omaha Continues With Day 2
Event #74: $1,500 Bounty Pot-Limit Omaha continues this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. local time with 124 players returning for Day 2. There were 1,390 entrants on Day 1, with many of the entrants using their reentry option, creating a prize pool of $1,855,650.
All remaining entrants will have one eye on the $190,219 first-place prize, as well as the WSOP gold bracelet. Those still remaining in the field looking for bracelet number two are Patrick Leonard (368,000) and Alex Livingston (615,000), Connor Drinan (208,000), and Anthony Zinno (260,000) among others. Though current chip leader and British player Tamer Kamel (1,064,000) might have something to say about that.
With still 10 levels to play today, each 60 minutes long, there will be plenty of swings and changes in the chip lead as players try and add to their bounty stacks. Each player is given a $500 bounty chip, per knockout, that they can redeem for cash. There will be a 15-minute break after every two levels with a 60-minute dinner break after level 21, six levels into the day.
