Matt Glantz drew the lucky $1 million bounty on Tuesday afternoon at Paris Las Vegas in the first ever $1,000 buy-in World Series of Poker (WSOP) Million Dollar Bounty, a no-limit hold'em tournament with 14,112 entrants.

Glantz dug through a chest full of envelopes, all with mystery cash prizes ranging from $1,000 to $1 million, most on the low end, and only one person would go home with the grand prize.

Semeghini Scores Triple Knockout

Nível 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

A massive pot was brewing just before dinner.

Two players were already all-in on the {9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop and the big blind shoved for 1,120,000.

Rodrigo Semeghini called to put all three players at risk with his big stack.

Cutoff: {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Early Position: {q-Spades}{10-Spades}
Big Blind: {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Rodrigo Semeghini: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}

Semeghini had flopped a set of sixes and was in a dominant position to win the pot. The turn {j-Hearts} and river {5-Spades} provided no help to the shorter stacks and Semeghini pulled into the apparent chip lead with three bounties.
