After two full days of play, just 26 of the initial 1,359 entries remain in Event #65: $3,000 Freezeout No-Limit Hold'em at the 2022 World Series of Poker inside Bally's and Paris Las Vegas.

The players will return to the felt at 2 p.m. local time to battle it out until one player remains. They're competing for the $598,173 first-place prize as well as a coveted gold bracelet. Those still in the tournament have locked up a payday of at least $20,149.

Looking to further his all-time leading bracelet record is Phil Hellmuth, who bagged a top a five stack on Day 2. The 'Poker Brat' is in a great position to capture bracelet number 17, but faces a field full of talented poker players.

Bracelet winners David Jackson, Julien Martini, Justin Saliba, and Renan Bruschi are still in with a shot at adding a piece of WSOP hardware to their collections.

However, all will need to spin up their stacks to close the gap with Day 2 chip leader Keiji Ito, who piloted over a 6,360,000 stack. That's good for 80 big blinds, 20 more than second in chips Richard Scardina.

Play resumes on Level 26 with the blinds at 40,000/80,000/80,000 and there will be a 15-minute break every two levels. Due to Day 3 beginning earlier than was scheduled, dinner break timing will be confirmed when announced.
