Pot-Limit Omaha

Action was picked up on the turn in a pot between Jeremy Ausmus in the small blind, a player in the big blind, and one player in the hijack.

The board read {7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Ausmus bet 1,000 which folded out the player in the big blind and the player in the hijack called.

The river rolled off the {4-Diamonds} and Ausmus sized up to 1,300 which his opponent called. "I have the nuts," stated Ausmus as he turned over {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for a turned nut straight and rivered nut flush. His opponent mucked and the four time bracelet winner took down an early pot.

No-Limit Holdem

The player in the hijack raised to 700 and Andrew Barfield made a three-bet worth 2,200 in the cutoff. It folded back to the hijack who called.

The flop gave {j-Spades}{k-Hearts}{9-Spades} and it checked to Barfield who started to grab some chips for a bet but his opponent immediately sent his cards into the muck.
