Molina Wins Race to Survive

Nível 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

With action heads-up, a player in middle position bet enough to put Elias Molina from late position all in. Molina, with little hesitation, called off for his tournament life.

Elias Molina: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Middle Position Player: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

It was a classic coinflip, though Molina had a lot more at stake as he was at risk. It did not take long for him to pull ahead, however, after the {2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{a-Diamonds} paired Molina up. "Hold", a standing Molina said as the {2-Hearts} hit the turn. Molina did in fact manage to hold after the {k-Hearts} improved him to top two pair on the river.

Singh Falls Behind, Then Turns a Winner

Nível 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Himmat Singh was all in for his last 24,600 from early position and up against button Kyle Miholich, as Miholich took out his phone and began filming the hand.

Himmat Singh: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Kyle Miholich: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Miholich was dominated, but he sprang ahead when the flop came {6-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{7-Clubs} to give him a pair of queens.

The turn, though, fell the {k-Clubs} and Singh went back into the lead.

"Chick, chick, chick," Miholich began chanting as the {k-Hearts} fell on the river, improving Singh to trips to double up and leave Miholich on a short stack.

Lococo Delivers Knockout Blow

Nível 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Alejandro "Papo MC" Lococo
Alejandro "Papo MC" Lococo

Action folded to a player on the button who moved all in for around 20,000. Alejandro "Papo MC" Lococo made the call out of the big blind to put his opponent at risk.

Button Player: {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Alejandro Lococo: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Lococo had the button player dominated and that did not change on the {q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{q-Spades} flop. The {3-Hearts} turn double paired the board, meaning Lococo's kicker no longer played and the two looked on course for a chop pot. It was not to be, however, as the {k-Hearts} fell on the river, giving Lococo the better two pair and sending his opponent packing.

Pettitt, Clinkscales Battle for Table Supremacy

Nível 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Mitch Pettitt and Rex Clinkscales have stacks that tower over the rest of their tablemates at table #48, and they just tangled together in a pot.

A player in middle position opened to 4,000 before Clinkscales called in the cutoff and Pettitt came along on the button.

The flop came {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs} and action checked to Pettitt, who bet 8,000. Only Clinkscales called to see the {9-Diamonds} on the turn.

Clinkscales checked over to Pettitt again, and he assembled a bet of 22,000. This time Clinkscales quickly slid his cards into the muck.

Earlier, Pettitt was involved in a pot with pocket kings against pocket aces where both players flopped a set. Pettitt, though, spiked the last king on the river.

"See that," the player with the cracked aces said pointing to Pettitt's stack, "those should be all my chips."

Weng Stacks Huge, Chip Leader Emerges

Nível 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Bin Weng, already sitting with a massive stack in front of him, raised pre-flop from middle position and received a call from the player in the small blind.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{a-Clubs} and Weng continued for another 2,000. The small blind called, then led out for 6,000 on the {k-Spades} turn.

Weng raised to 12,000 and the small blind moved all in for her last 20,000. Weng snap-called and showed {9-Spades}{7-Clubs} for trip nines, while his opponent had {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}.

The river came the {5-Clubs} and Weng added more to his towering stack.

At another table, Todd Barney has accumulated more than 300,000 chips and is the largest stack in the Paris Ballroom, while Rex Clinkscales, the beneficiary of a double up earlier, is approaching 200,000.

Ladies Hold For Golani

Nível 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

A player in middle position shoved and action folded to Jason Golani on the button who re-jammed with the bigger stack. The blinds got out of the way and the middle position player was officially at risk.

Middle Position Player: {a-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Jason Golani: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Golani was far ahead of his opponent but the {10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{q-Clubs} flop, while improving Golani to top set, also gave his opponent the nut flush draw. That draw did not come in, however, on the {6-Spades} turn or {8-Spades} river, sending a sizable pot Golani's way and forcing his opponent out of the tournament.

Hinkle Wins a Flip

Nível 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Blair Hinkle was all in for his last 22,000 from the hijack and was up against an opponent on the button.

Button: {a-}{k-}
Blair Hinkle: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Hinkle's opponent failed to connect with the {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades} board as the bracelet winner's pocket eights stayed in front. The stacks were counted down and Hinkle barely had his opponent covered.

"Good luck. I would rather give it to you," the eliminated player said as he and Hinkle shook hands.
