Fifth and sixth street saw Funkhouser check-call twice more against Zack.

On seventh street, Zack bet and Funkhouser went into the tank. "I don't think I can call with this card," he lamented as he thought about his decision. After some time he tossed his hand into the muck and Zack put lots of distance between himself and Funkhouser.

Funkhouser turned over {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} for a pair of eights and was sweating the last card to hit a better low. He turned over a {7-Clubs} for a better eight-seven low to scoop half of the pot and stay alive in the tournament.
