Scott Seiver opened to 25,000 in the cutoff and Andrew Kelsall shoved in the big blind for 150,000. Seiver confirmed the count and rotated his head to look at the tournament screen.

"It's a good sign, he's looking around for sh--," noted Kelsall.

Seiver called and both players drew one.

Yahyaei drew one and Wong stood pat.

Yahyaei was looking to pick up a deuce, four, seven, or nine to stay alive, and he squeezed a {7-} to secure the double.

Ben Diebold got his last 70,000 chips in the middle, and Jerry Wong called to close the action.

Diebold was drawn a {k-} for a {k-}{9-}{7-}{3-}{2-} against Wong's {j-}{8-}{6-}{5-}{4-} to finish in 16th. Diebold will have to wait at least another day before he can try and play for his second bracelet of the summer.

Golden Nugget to Host $1,100 Buy-In, $1,000,000 GTD PokerNews Cup Next Weekend

This summer, Golden Nugget Las Vegas will play host to the 14th Annual Grand Poker Series, which features 81 events and offers over $3 million in guaranteed prize money from May 31-July 3. One of those events is the $1,100 buy-in, $1,000,000 Guaranteed PokerNews Cup that will run from June 24-28.

The tournament will feature three starting flights beginning with Day 1a at 11 a.m. PT on Friday, June 24. Days 1b and 1c will take place at the same time on Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26 respectively. The surviving players from each flight will return at Noon on Monday, June 27 to play down to the final table, which will play out at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28.

PokerNews will be on-site throughout the duration to offer live updates, videos, social media content, and more.

Yahyaei stood pat with {9-}{8-}{7-}{6-}{4-} versus Diebold who drew one and it didn't improve his hand {9-}{8-}{4-}{2-}{x-}.

Diebold did get a shove through soon after against an Eli Elezra open.
