Lucky Double Up for Moreau

Nível 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

The flop read {3-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{6-Hearts} with a pot already containing more than 650,000 when Fred Goldberg fired a huge bet worth 2,000,000 in the small blind, putting Alexandre Moreau at risk for his last 560,000 chips. The latter tanked for some time before announcing the call:

Alexandre Moreau: {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Fred Goldberg: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Moreau was in bad shape for the double up, but found a {8-Hearts} on the turn and a {9-Spades} on the river to give him a runner-runner straight and the nice pot.

Dmitry Yurasov: {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
Dorian Rios: {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}

Yurasov was behind and drawing near dead on {7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop. The {8-Hearts} turn sealed Yurasov's fate as he was sent to the rails. The {6-Hearts} river was irrelevant.
