"The Craziest Hand I've Seen"
The under-the-gun player limped in and the small blind completed before Daan Mulders raised in the big blind. Only the under-the-gun player called.
The flop came 
and Mulders announced a bet of 35,000. At the same time, according to the table, the opponent threw out four green 25,000-chips for a bet of 100,000. The dealer determined that Mulder's bet of 35,000 would stand and that the action was on the opponent since he had not acted in turn.
