Roongsak Griffeth
Roongsak Griffeth

Roongsak Griffeth open-shipped all in for 2,325,000 in early position. Lewis Spencer reshoved all in from the small blind and David Cabrera quickly folded his big blind.

Roongsak Griffeth: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}
Lewis Spencer: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

The flop came {j-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Spencer held on to his dominating lead. The {8-Hearts} on the turn and the {2-Hearts} on the river provided no help to Griffeth as he was ousted in 29th place.

The remaining 28 players are going on their first break of the day with level 31 now complete. This will only be a 10-minute break while tournament officials color up the 5,000 denomination chips. Here is a look at what happened in the past level:

Matthew Jewett Eliminated in 28th Place ($198,550)

Nível 32 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Matthew Jewett
Matthew Jewett

Matthew Jewett shoved from the button for around 6,300,000 and Jareth East went into the tank before he finally called.

Matthew Jewett: {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}
Jareth East: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}

The flop was {7-Spades}{a-Spades}{2-Spades}, leaving East a flush draw. The flush came quickly with a {5-Spades} on the turn and Jewett was down to one last card. The river {3-Hearts} was no help and Jewett's magical Main Event run comes to an end in 28th place.

Norbert Koh Eliminated in 27th Place ($241,800)

Nível 32 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Norbert Koh
Norbert Koh

Norbert Koh raised to 800,000 from the middle position and Chance Kornuth three-bet to put Koh all-in. Koh shrugged, said "guess this is it," and made the call for the 3,800,000 he had behind.

Norbert Koh: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Chance Kornuth: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The flop came {9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to keep Koh ahead.

The turn was the {k-Hearts} for Kornuth to pick up the gutshot to a straight but Koh held the blockers.

Unfortunately for Koh, the river brought the {a-Spades} for Kornuth to hit top pair for Koh to bust in 27th place.

Philipe Pizzari Pinto
Philipe Pizzari Pinto

Brazil's Philipe Pizzari Pinto raised to 650,000 under the gun and Chase Bianchi three-bet to 1.7 million from the hijack. Action folded back to Pinto and he called to see a flop of {3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}.

Pinto checked and Bianchi continued for 1.2 million, which the Brazilian called.

On the {8-Hearts} turn, Pinto led out for 2.5 million and Bianchi responded by raising all in. Pinto called off the 2.38 million he had behind and the hands were tabled.

Philipe Pizzari Pinto: {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Chase Bianchi: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

Bianchi was ahead with aces while Pinto was drawing to a heart flush. Unfortunately for him, the {10-Clubs} river was brick and Bianchi's pocket rockets held to score the knockout.

Koray Aldemir opened to 600,000 and Ramon Colillas and Jesse Lonis both called in middle position.

Koray Aldemir checked on the flop of {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{j-Hearts} and Colillas also checked. Lonis moved all-in for just over 2,000,000 and Aldemir called, while Colillas got out of the way.

Jesse Lonis: {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Koray Aldemir: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}

Lonis had an open-ended straight draw while Aldemir had top pair. The board ran out {8-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} to improve Aldemir to a full house and Lonis was sent to the rail in 25th place.
