Chris Alafogiannis
Chris Alafogiannis

As relayed by Koray Aldemir, Philipe Pizzari Pinto tried to raise from under the gun but accidentally limped. Chris Alafogiannis jammed from the early position. The action folded to Aldemir in the big blind who made the call but Pinto folded.

Aldemir's pocket aces held against the jacks of Alafogiannis to bust him in 96th place.

Beebe Four-Bet Shoves on Griffeth

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Action was on the flop as it read {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs}. Roongsak Griffeth, on the button, bet 200,000. Glynn Beebe raised to 550,000 and Griffeth snapped it right back with a three-bet to 1,500,000. Before he could even cut out the chips fully, Beebe announced a four-bet all in.

Griffeth gave a slight frown before folding quickly as the whole raising war took only about fifteen seconds in total as Beebe took down pot.

Ramon Colillas
Ramon Colillas

In one of the first hands of the day, Ramon Colillas and Adam Walton were involved in a big pot in a blind versus blind situation.

Colillas called a sizeable bet from Walton on the {8-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop and Walton stacked his chips, which were still in a pile in front of him, before making a decision the {2-Clubs} turn.

"Sorry, I wasn't expecting to play a big pot this early," he said before betting 1,100,000. Colillas called.

The river brought in the {q-Clubs} and Colillas put out two stacks of pink chips for a bet of 4,500,000. Walton continued stacking his jumble of chips before eventually folding.

"Worse possible river," he said.

Andreas Kniep made it 160,000 to go and Ehsan Amiri then three-bet to 425,000. Sean Ragozzini four-bet to 950,000 and Kniep quickly called. Onikoul Pips Dzivielevski

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}. Yuri Dzivielevski was in the big blind and check-called a bet of 225,000 from Arkadi Onikoul who was the preflop raiser from middle position.

The turn was the {7-Spades}. Dzivielevski check-called again, this time for 500,000.

The river came the {j-Hearts}. Both players were content to check and table their hands. Dzivielevski flipped over the {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for second-pair but Onikoul had that beat as he tabled the {k-Spades}{9-Spades} for top-pair and won the pot as Dzivielevski drops a bit lower in the chip counts.

Conniff Sends Koop Home Early

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Niko Koop
Niko Koop

Niko Koop shoved his last 250,000 from middle position and Asher Conniff moved in for 1,625,000 from the cutoff. Demosthenes Kiriopoulos went into the tank and asked Conniff how much he had.

Conniff answered and Kiriopoulos continued to consider his options for a few more moments before he tossed 250,000 into the middle.

It was apparent that Kiriopolous did not see that Conniff was all-in, and his intention was to call the bet from Koop. There was no all-in button in front of Conniff since it was in use for Koop, and Kiriopoulos had headphones on. The floor supervisor was called over to make a ruling.

The floor supervisor ruled that Kiriopolous had committed 250,000, and that he had an option to surrender it with a fold. Kiriopolous quickly folded and the other two players tabled their cards.

Niko Koop: {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Asher Conniff: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}

The board ran out {5-Clubs}{10-Spades}{6-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and the eights held to eliminate Koop from the Main Event.

Roman Valerstein: {5-}{5-}
Daniel Swartz: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
