Calling all Max Pescatori fans. Your hero will not be playing in the 2021 WSOP Main Day 1b as he had previously planned. The Italian four-time WSOP bracelet winner has opted to jump into Day 1d, which takes place on November 7, much to the relief of those competing today.

Plesuv Makes the Right Call

Pavel Plesuv was in middle position against a late position player on a board reading with approximately 17,000 in the pot.

Plesuv led out with a bet of 10,000 on the river and his opponent raised to 25,000. Plesuv thought through the situation.

"Ace-deuce?" Plesuv thought out loud.

Plesuv eventually tossed out a call and the opponent shrugged before showing for ace-high. Plesuv turned a full house with and took down the big pot.
