Baba Takes From Cornbleth

Nível 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Howard Cornbleth limped from under the gun and Shintaro Baba raised to 800, which was called by Marc Spitaleri in the small blind, Chris Sandrock in the big blind and Cornbleth. The {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop was checked to Baba who bet 2,300 and was called only by Cornbleth.

The {k-Hearts} on the turn was checked dark by Cornbleth, who then called a bet worth 5,000 by Baba, and the {2-Spades} river was checked. Cornbleth tabled the {k-Spades}{9-Spades} but Baba had that beat with the {j-Spades}{3-Spades}.

Daniel Reijmer raised the button to 700, Eric Fields called in the small blind and Russell Clayton defended the big blind.

All three players checked on the {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and the {7-Clubs} turn. When the {4-Hearts} hit the river Fields led out for 400 and both of his opponents quickly mucked their hands.

Liptow Makes A Good Fold

Nível 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

The action was found on the river {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Diamonds} with about 3,000 in the pot.

Cory Liptow was facing a bet of 2,500 from Albert Morrow and Liptow open-folded {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}.

"You were correct," said Morrow.

Quoss Wins With Top Pair

Nível 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Eric Fields raised to 500 and Fabian Quoss called in the cutoff. David Schwartz raised to 1,500 and Fields reluctantly called, Quoss quickly tossed in a chip for the call as well. On the {10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop, the action checked to Schwartz and he bet 2,100, forcing a fold from Fields and earning a check-raise to 6,500 from Quoss.

Schwartz called to then check behind the {a-Clubs} turn and he called Quoss' bet on the {6-Diamonds} river for 4,500. Quoss revealed {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for the top pair and that won the pot.

Haim Gabay was spotted standing up and pulling out his phone to record before he tabled his hand and it was quickly apparent why as he tabled the {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} on a board of {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{10-Clubs} for a flopped royal flush.

He did not get a ton of value from it as his opponent folded on the river but nevertheless, Gabay excitedly recorded the uber rare poker hand and collected his chips.

"What a normal table this is. Royal flushes, set over sets, slow rolls, pirates (in reference to Scotter Clark's attire)! It's amazing!" said tablemate Gabriel Andrade as Gabay took down the pot with a smile.

Nível 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Joining the action on the {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} turn, the big blind made it 5,000 to go and Lewe Thiesen called from an early position. Another hefty bet worth 15,000 followed on the {q-Spades} river and Thiesen quickly called. He was shown the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} for ace-high with the nut flush blocker, which he had beat with {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} for the bottom set.
