Menhardt called, as did Levitzke, and action went three-ways to the 
flop.
Both Menhardt and Levitzke called the 4,000 continuation bet from the hijack bringing the 
turn.
Action was checked around to the 
river and Menhardt led out with an uncontested 15,000 bet to win the pot.
