Park Takes One Early

Nível 2 : 200/300, 300 ante
Sejin Park
Sejin Park

Action was picked up on the river between Sejin Park in early position and an opponent on the button, with 7,900 in the center and a board reading {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}{k-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}.

Park bet 7,000 on the river which his opponent responded to by raising to 21,000 which was snap-called by Park. His opponent tabled {a-Spades}{j-Spades} for an ace-high flush, but it was no good against the {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} of Park who had rivered sixes full of fours, which gave him a larger pot earlier in the tournament.

Roland Israelashvili
Roland Israelashvili

Roland Israelashvili raised to 1,600 under the gun and Chance Kornuth called in the hijack. In the cutoff, another player three-bet to 10,000, which folded the action back to Israelashvili who instantly four-bet to 27,000. Kornuth folded and action went back around to the cutoff who five-bet all-in for 44,700 effective and Israelashvili went into the tank. After about a minute he told his opponent "show me ace-king," as he put the rest of his stack in the pot.

Roland Israelashvili: {3-Clubs}{3-Spades}
Cutoff: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

The {9-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop did nothing for Israelashvili but the turn {3-Hearts} gave him a set of threes, pulling ahead of the kings and staying ahead of the kings on the {6-Spades} river, giving Israelashvili the pot.

Ali Imsirovic raised to 3,000 on the button and the small blind flatted with Alex Kulev in the big blind three-betting to 18,000. Imsirovic thought for a bit and called while the small blind got out of the way.

The flop came out {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Kulev bet 10,000 which was quickly called by Imsirovic.

The turn of {a-Spades} was once more bet by Kulev, this time to the tune of 20,000 which Imsirovic once more called.

The river came out an {a-Diamonds} and Kulev put 53,000 in the center, all of his stack but one chip. Imsirovic went into the tank and after about 30-seconds called.
