Unlucky Chop for Glaser

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Benny Glaser was heads-up with an opponent after they each stuck in 5,600 preflop. The flop came {j-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Spades} and Glaser led out with a bet of 4,000 from the small blind. His opponent called and the {6-Spades} landed on the turn.

Glaser announced a bet of 13,000 this time and his opponent stuck around to see the {5-Hearts} on the river. Glaser pushed all in for a little over 30,000 and his opponent quickly called. Glaser tabled {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for a king-high flush while his opponent showed {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} for the nut-low on the river.

Zinno Shoves the Turn

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Picking up the action on the flop with the board reading {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{2-Spades}, the cutoff had a bet of 3,500 in front of him and was called by the button. Anthony Zinno check-raised to 16,500 from the small blind and only the button called.

The turn brought the {8-Hearts} and Zinno announced the pot, which required him to stick in the last of his chips for just over 37,000. His opponent thought for a minute but decided to lay his hand down.

Kessler Makes a Monster

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Charles Sinn opened to 2,000 from under the gun and picked up five callers along the way. The flop came {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and the action checked to Allen Kessler in the hijack who bet 10,000. The button called and they went heads-up to the {2-Spades} on the turn.

Kessler threw in a bet of 25,000 and his opponent still called. Kessler fired in the last of his 400 chips before the {8-Clubs} hit the river. His opponent quickly called and Kessler tabled {a-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} for a set of fives and the nut-low to scoop the entire pot.

"You must not work for PokerNews," Kessler hollered across the table. "I don't win hands when you guys are watching."
