John Racener

5 Card Draw

In a preflop all-in contest, John Racener ended up at risk against Anatolii Zyrin. He tabled the {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for kings and eights while Zyrin had the {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for a set of jacks. Racener drew the {9-Clubs} as his last card and was eliminated while Zyrin's {8-Spades}{x-} were exposed for just a short moment.

Hartmann Chips Up Without Showdown

Nível 8 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Big O Hi-Lo

Bets of 5,400 and 12,500 were already placed on a board of {10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and it was then Tony Hartmann who bet the river for 20,000 out of the big blind. Michael Chow was in the tank on the button and eventually released his cards into the muck.

Turner Gets Scooped by Mizrachi

Nível 8 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Badacey

After taking one card each after the second draw, Robert Mizrachi bet and Jon Turner called. Mizrachi then patted and Turner took one for the former to bet and the latter to call.

"One two," Mizrachi announced and showed the {6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{a-Spades} to win the entire pot, as Turner mucked.

Stud Hi-Lo

Nacho Barbero: {x-}{x-} / {2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} / {x-}
John Monnette: {x-}{x-} / {8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades} / {x-}

Nacho Barbero bet sixth street to get check-called by John Monnette, who then check-raised seventh and Barbero called. Monnette tabled the {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for a flush and a low but Barbero had {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the superior flush and a better low. That hand left Monnette on a short stack while Barbero continued his rise on the leaderboard.

Benny Glaser: {a-}{2-}{3-}{6-}{8-}{8-} / {x-}

Saltzburg Remains in Contention

Nível 7 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Badugi

Down to just 10,600, Michael Saltzburg was all-in and patted on each draw. Adam Friedman took one card each and Saltzburg then tabled the {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for a Queen-Dugi. Friedman briefly flashed his cards and appeared to have made an inferior King-Dugi eventually.
