Day 1 of WSOP Event #12: $1,500 Limit Hold'em has come to a conclusion. The event drew a field of 422 entries for a total prize pool of $563,370. The 133 survivors will be returning for Day 2 on Wednesday, October 6th at 2 p.m. local time, where they are scheduled to play ten 60-minute levels.

Jeremy Maher bagged the Day 1 chip lead and will head to the second day with a healthy stack of 226,000 with Anthony Zinno (217,500) close on his tail. A selection of the other notable stacks heading into Day 2 include Aldon Patatanyan (190,000), Mori Eskandani (173,500), Yuval Bronshtein (141,500), and Barry Greenstein (86,500).
