Nguyen Also on the Rail

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante
minaG eliminated
minaG eliminated

Thi "minaG" Nguyen was at risk from under the gun for a pot of more than 440k and picked up a customer in Mehmet "mebede!" Deniz out of the hijack with the superior stack.

Thi "minaG" Nguyen: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Mehmet "mebede!" Deniz: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Nguyen had escaped from elimination several times prior but this time the board came {q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} to end her run with a min cash.

Negreanu Eliminated by Ribeiro

The chips went flying moments after the bubble had burst as nearly three dozen players were heading to the rail immediately.

Among them was also GGPoker ambassador Daniel Negreanu who had survived the bubble with some 13 blinds.

He got it in with the {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} only to see Renato "Songonku" Ribeiro turn over {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}.

The board came {k-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{a-Spades}{6-Hearts} and that spelled the end for Negreanu.

"MapleBear" Bubbles Event #68

Nível 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante
Gaul Bursts the Bubble
Gaul Bursts the Bubble

Jonas "resilience32" Gaul raised to 20,000 and called the shove of "MapleBear" for 116,018 as well as the one from Rob "Livia" Hollink for 205,732 with the biggest stack of the trio.

"MapleBear": {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Rob "Livia" Hollink: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Jonas "resilience32" Gaul: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

On a board of {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, Hollink paired up on flop and turn but Gaul improved to the nut straight on the river to let the bubble burst. "MapleBear" was the shorter stack and became the bubble boy, Hollink the first player to cash.

Big Stacks on the Bubble

Nível 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

Break on the Bubble

Nível 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

The second round of all-in showdowns reduced the field by three players and that included Jeffrey "allin donk" Cormier as well as Conor Beresford. With now 333 players remaining, the field is on the stone cold money bubble and on a scheculed six-minute break.

Two Doubles Near the Bubble

Josh "KeyserSoze44" Rotenberg survived out of the big blind with {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} as Dhruvin "pokerplayer" Kothari with the {j-Clubs}{10-Spades} could not get there on the {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{q-Spades} runout.

A bigger pot emerged between Jonas "resilience32" Gaul and Fabrizio "UknowWhoIam" Gonzalez as the former was at risk with the {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} and Gonzalez only had {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. Nothing changed on the {9-Spades}{8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} runout and the first batch of all-ins on the bubble left 336 hopefuls in contention.

Mandovi Short on the Bubble

Nível 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

John "PALANTIR" Bizzarro defended his big blind at the very end of the last level against a min-raise by Kartik "Mandovi" Ved from under the gun and check-called a bet of 12,000 on the {10-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop. Bizzarro then checked the {6-Spades} turn, Ved bet 47,800 and folded when he faced a very reluctant check-shove.

Once the hand was completed in the new level, only 336 remained as Ved dropped to 12 blinds on the bubble.

Quoss Over a Million; Chops with Shah

Nível 20 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Fabian Quoss with the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and Michelle "hu4trollz" Shah with the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} got their chips in as Shah was the player at risk not far off the money bubble.

Shah flopped a flushdraw on {5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} but the {3-Spades} turn and {6-Diamonds} river ensured a split pot instead. Quoss remained as the chip leader and only player above a million in chips so far.
