Victor Choupeaux opened from under the gun and got calls from James Romero on the button and Webber Kang in the big blind.

A few days ago, the French and Portuguese rail was celebrating the victory of Joao Vieira in the corner feature table as he earned his first career bracelet. Vieira is also playing Day 2c of the Main Event and took on Marius Johansen, who check-called a bet of 1,300 on the flop. On the turn, Johansen checked and folded to another bet.
Vieira opened to 1,800 the next hand and was called by Sean Dwyer. Joshua Tieman three-bet to 7,700 and that forced folds from Vieira and Dwyer.

Defending champion John Cynn also chipped up early into Day 2c when his bet on the river of a board went through uncalled. Cynn shares a table with Noah Schwartz among others.
The action folded to Bertrand Grospellier in late position and he raised to 1,600. That raise was enough to push everyone out of the pot and the Frenchman took down the blinds and the big blind ante.
