Hand #20: Rabinowitz opened under the gun and Kunal Punjwani defended his big blind. The flop was

Hand #21: Philip Scaletta opened under the gun and Rabinowitz called in the big blind. On a 
flop, Scaletta continued for 1,000,000 in position, which Rabinowitz called. On the 
turn, Scaletta barreled for 1,550,000 and Rabinowitz called again.
