Richard Kellett

The under-the-gun player opened for 16,000 and was called Raj Vohra from the hijack and Richard Kellett defended his big.

The {7-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop was checked to the {7-} turn and Kellett fired out 31,000 and the initial raiser folded while Vohra three-bet pot to 90,000. Action was back on Kellett who four-bet pot and Vohra got his remaining 368,000 in the middle and was snapped off by Kellett.

Richard Kellett: {10-}{8-}{7-}{3-}

Yotsushika Check-Raises Lee to Scoop Pot

Nível 18 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

There was five-way action headed to the flop after Jennifer Lee opened for 16,000 from late position.

The {8-Hearts}{10-Spades}{k-Diamonds} flop was checked to Kazuhiko Yotsushika who fired out 30,000 from the big blind and had one caller in Lee.

The turn fell {8-Spades} and Yotsushika check-raised Lee's bet to 75,000 to 150,000 and that was good enough to win the pot.

Lisandro Wins Back-to-Back Pots

Nível 18 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

In the first hand the button-player raised it up to 20,000, and after the small-blind player made the call Jeff Lisandro three-bet to 80,000. After both players quickly mucked their hands Lisandro said "Now we're playing Omaha, boys," and sent his cards to the muck.

In the second hand the button-player made it 16,000 to go and was called by Lisandro from his small blind and George Abdallah from his big blind.

After all three players checked the {j-Spades}{5-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop, Lisandro led out for 35,000 on the {8-Clubs} turn, which was met with a shove from Abdallah. The button-player folded, and with action back on Lisandro he asked how much more it was to call. The dealer confirmed 43,000 more and Lisandro made the call, saying to Abdallah that he knows he has the straight.

George Abdallah: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Jeff Lisandro: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}

Lisandro was correct, Abdallah had turned the higher straight, but Lisandro still had outs to the king-high flush. The {8-Clubs} on the river was one of those outs and Abdallah was eliminated from the tournament.

Lewis Keeps His Bounty

Nível 17 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

Action picked up preflop in a three-way pot.

Toby Lewis, on the button, had called the raise to 21,000 and Mark Bixler had gone all in for 56,000 from his big blind. With action back on Jason Stockfish he then four-bet pot to 190,000, which got a fold from Lewis.

Mark Bixler: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs}
Jason Stockfish: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

The board ran out {5-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{j-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, which secured Bixler's double-up.
