Chebotarev Makes the Right Call

The flop read {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} in a blind versus blind pot when Oleg Chebotarev first checked before calling a bet from Alain Alinat.

Chebotarev also check-called after some tank on the {8-Diamonds} turn and {10-Hearts} and Alinat showed {q-Hearts}{5-Hearts}. The pot was sent to Chebotarev who tabled {9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for a pair of nines.

Alwani on the Rise

Jeremy Heartberg raised to 10,000 in the small blind and Rehan Alwani defended in the big.

It was a {3-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop and Heartberg continued for 10,000, which Alwani peeled.

On the {2-Clubs} turn, Heartberg bet another 10,000 and Alwani raised to 20,000, which got a quick fold from his opponent.

On a {7-Spades}{9-Hearts}{10-Spades} board, Chebotarev bet 5,000 and Carmona called. The turn was a {5-Diamonds} and Chebotarev checked to Carmona who bet 10,000, which Chebotarev folded to. "I thought you were going to raise me!" said Carmona with a chuckle as he collected the pot.

Rutter Doubles Through Erickson

The board already read {3-Spades}{k-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} when Kevin Erickson bet from the blinds and Stuart Rutter pushed his last chips in the middle for 10,000 total. Erickson made the call to create the following showdown:
