Good River for Vitch

Nível 17 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Two players were in on the flop with {6-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} on show and Christopher Vitch check-called a bet from Millie Shiu. He check-called 16,000 on the {6-Spades} turn and the {10-Diamonds} completed the board. When Vitch checked again, Shiu opted to check it back, which was the correct decision as Vitch turned over {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for a rivered flush.

Erickson Takes One Off Tucker

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

The flop read {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts} when Kevin Erickson sent a bet from the small blind and Charles Tucker called.

The turn brought the {3-Hearts} and Tucker called another bet from Erickson and did so again on the {5-Spades} river. Erickson showed {6-Hearts}{6-Spades} for two pair and it was enough to grab the pot.

Patrick Leonard Eliminated in 15th Place ($6,748)

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Patrick Leonard
Patrick Leonard

Patrick Leonard was moved table and down to a couple of big blinds, he put them over the line. Only Oleg Chebotarev called from the big blind and when the cards were turned over, Leonard was the player who needed to hit.

Oleg Chebotarev: {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Patrick Leonard: {j-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}

Leonard was live but his outs were reduced to three after Chebotarev connected with the {a-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop. The {q-Clubs} turn and the {q-Diamonds} river were no good to Leonard and he hits the rail in 15th Place.

Enio Bozzano Eliminated in 16th Place ($6,748)

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Enio Bozzano
Enio Bozzano

The latest casualty in a slew of eliminations that have taken place since the last three tables were reached, is Enio Bozzano. Bozzano got 30,000 chips in preflop against Chad Eveslage and Oleg Chebotarev.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{j-Spades} and Bozzano got the last couple of chips in. Eveslage called but Chebotarev stepped aside.

Chad Eveslage: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Enio Bozzano: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

Eveslage had flopped huge against Bozzano and it was all over on the {2-Hearts} turn, rendering the {7-Diamonds} river irrelevant and sending Bozzano to the payouts desk.

Ian Johns Eliminated in 17th Place ($6,748)

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Ian Johns
Ian Johns

Ian Johns is the latest player to hit the rail after failing to spin up a short stack. All the chips went in the middle preflop and he was heads up for his all in against Jan Suchanek.

Jan Suchanek: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Ian Johns: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Johns was looking for an ace to keep him alive as they headed to a {5-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop. There was no sight of one on the {7-Diamonds} turn and the {7-Clubs} river was no good to him either.

Mark Radoja Eliminated in 18th Place ($6,748)

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Mark Radoja
Mark Radoja

With very few chips left to his name, Mark Radoja got the last few in on a {10-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades} board. Charles Tucker was committed to call almost anything and threw in the extra chips, with what turned out to be the best hand after the flop.

Charles Tucker: {j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Mark Radoja: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

The {10-Clubs} turn laid to rest Radoja's hopes of hitting a straight, now he was looking for a king, a queen or the case ten in order to win. The {7-Hearts} didn't help him and he finishes in 18th place.

Leonard Folds Against Alinat

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Patrick Leonard completed his small blind and Alain Alinat decided to raise. Leonard called to see a flop {7-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and check-called Alinat's continuation bet.

The turn showed a {q-Hearts} and this time Leonard check-folded after another bet from Alinat.

Eveslage Concedes One to Bozzano

Nível 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

The flop read {a-Clubs}{3-Spades}{10-Clubs} and Enio Bozzano checked from the small blind, followed by Jan Suchanek. Chad Eveslage bet and Bozzano raised it. Eveslage called after Suchanek folded.

The turn fell a {7-Diamonds} and Bozzano bet, called by Eveslage. The same action happened on the {4-Spades} river and Bozzano tabled {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for a pair of aces while Eveslage mucked.
