Noujeim Gets Lucky at Allogio's Expense

Nível 34 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

[Removed:191] moved all in from under the gun for 1,025,000 chips, which was less than 3 big blinds at this point. It folded round to Jeff Madsen who called on the button and Ben Alloggio moved all in over the top for around 5,500,000. After getting a count Madsen moved aside and the cards were flipped over.

[Removed:191]: {q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Ben Alloggio: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Noujeim connected on the {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop but was still behind to Alloggio, who had picked up a flush draw to go with his overpair. The {4-Spades} turn was good enough though and the {3-Spades} river bricked, leaving Noujeim to scoop the pot with two pair.

Kovtunov Eliminated by Saderne

Nível 34 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

Gleb Kovtunov and Jeremy Saderne got their nearly even stacks in preflop and it was Kovtunov at risk with the {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}. Saderne had the better kicker with {a-Spades}{k-Spades} and the board of {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs} let the kicker play.

Triple Up for Madsen

Nível 34 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Jeff Madsen
Jeff Madsen

Jeff Madsen tripled up for 4,575,000 with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} against the {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} of Joseph Weinberger and the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} of Ankit Dahiya as the board came {10-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. Dahiya was not covered by Weinberger and had around a million left, but bowed out shortly after. Cesar Claudio followed to the rail soon after to reduce the field further.

Takagi Joins the Big Stacks

Nível 34 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

The chips are changing hands quickly, as Fadi Barakeh disappeared from table 100, sending a lot of chips to Jeremy Rayburn. However, Rayburn then had a big flip with {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} against the {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} of Koji Takagi.

The board came {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Rayburn was gone, too.

Madsen Holds

Nível 33 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Jeff Madsen has eliminated a short-stack after the two got it all in preflop.

Jeff Madsen: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Opponent: {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

With no king or combo hand for his opponent on the {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{a-Spades} board, Madsen takes some much-needed chips, just as he's moved to a new table.

Verbeck on the Move

Nível 33 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Joel Verbeck is on the move in more ways than one. As he was in a pot against David Rounick just now, the floor announced that the table would be broken as soon as the hand had played out.

With {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{q-Clubs} out, Verbeck check-raised all in over Rounick's 1,200,000 bet. After a minute or so in the tank, Rounick passed and both players started racking their chips ahead of their table change.

Kurtz Eliminates Another

Nível 33 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Matthew Kurtz had KO'd another opponent after calling Mario Guerra's all in just now. Cooper turned over {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} but ran into Kurtz's pocket {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}.

With a king on the {7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{k-Clubs} on the flop, Guerra was drawing extremely thin. It was all over on the {4-Spades} turn and the {3-Spades} river made no difference.
