Chris Vitch was recently seen taking his seat at Table 427 directly to the left of Cliff Josephy. He was quite pleased upon arrival to see that the tournament was to be played with eight players per table rather than nine.
On one of his first hands, Cliff Josephy raised to 600 from middle position and Vitch called from the hijack. George LInkenback was on the button and also made the call and the flop came . All three players checked, bringing the turn. Josephy checked again and Vitch bet 1,000. Linkenback and Josephy both made the call and all three players proceeded to check the river to take the hand to showdown.
Josephy announced aces as he showed , prompting mucks from Vitch and Linkenback as he took down the pot.
