Sergio Braga called bets by Scott Seiver until fifth and elected to fold on sixth. He dropped to around 40,000 and was spotted on his way out of the tournament area shortly after.

Having finished 2nd to Kevin Gerhart two days ago in Event #54: $1,500 Razz, Braga had to leave empty-handed this time.

Picking up the action on fourth street, Cary Katz bet with the best board and Paul Volpe called. Dan Zack raised, Katz called and Volpe called.

Fifth street was checked around and sixth street checked to Katz who bet. Both Volpe and Zack called.

Volpe checked on seventh, Zack bet, Katz tank-folded and Volpe tank-called.

Zack tabled {3-}{5-}{7-} for a seven-six, Volpe mucked and Zack won the pot.

Down to 8,000, Volpe busted with an eight-five to Scott Bohlman's seven-six shortly thereafter. Julien Martini was also eliminated from this table recently.

Martini Doubles Through Glaser

Shortly after coming back from the break, Ryan Hughes was eliminated while Julien Martini escaped from the same fate. Benny Glaser had bet fourth and fifth street, which Martini called, and they got it in on sixth for 1,000 more on top of the bet.

Martini rolled over his {7-}{3-} for a king-seven and Glaser held {8-}{4-} for a king-eight. Glaser peeled the {7-} to improve to an eighty-seven, but Martini got there with an {a-} to make a seventy-four.

A very chatty Cary Katz took on David Bach and joked "oh, that card might keep him in" when Bach spiked a seven on fifth to the six of Bach. Katz bet and Bach called before Bach received an ace on sixth and Katz called with a king. A bet and call on seventh followed and Bach rolled over {5-}{2-}{2-} for a seventy-five, Katz mucked {8-}{5-}{3-} for an eighty-six.

After the hand was over, the remaining 41 players were sent into their first 15-minute break of the day.
