Miller Check Raises Tesler

Nível 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

With four players to the flop and the board reading {5-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Diamonds} Kory Miller checked in the small blind, while Dean Tesler continued in the hijack for almost full pot of 1,000.

The players in the cutoff and on the button folded as Miller made the call.

Miller again checked on the turn which brought a {6-Clubs}. Tesler down bet to 1,300 which allowed Miller to check-raise to 5,000. Tesler made the call.

The river was the {9-Clubs} which brought in the back door flush draw, this didn't faze Miller as he led out for 8,000.

After some thought Tesler made the call and mucked when Miller turned over {a-Clubs}{5-Hearts} for three fives to win a significant pot to start the day.

Kershaw Leaves Kaganovich Short-Stacked

Nível 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Yuri Kaganovich and Neil Kershaw got all of the chips in the middle on the turn with the board reading {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{q-Hearts}.

Yuri Kaganovich: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Neil Kershaw: {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Kershaw was the one at risk but he was the favorite with the turn giving him a straight against Kaganovich's set, and the river {j-Spades} changed nothing, doubling Kershaw up and crippling Kaganovich.

Hall Bets Out of Turn

Nível 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

With a small raise and four callers to a flop of {3-Clubs}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, somehow Avery Hall thought the action was on him and he led with a bet of 6,000 into a pot around 2,000.

With some confusion and action out of turn the small blind check-folded while the big blind and under the gun player checked knowing that the bet was coming regardless.

As the dealer announced 6,000, Hall mentioned he meant to bet 1,500 but with a misclick on the chip denomination, the 6,000 bet stayed in the middle.

Ellie Gray, who was next to act in middle position, made the call and they went heads up to the {6-Diamonds} turn, which both players checked.

The river was the {4-Diamonds} and Hall bet 1,500. Gray then raised to 6,000 and with not too much thought Hall made the call.

Gray tabled {a-Spades}{3-Hearts}, flopping quads to take down a nice size pot.
