Day 3 of Event #52: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship has concluded at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino with just eight players bagging chips at the end of the play.

After ten 60-minute levels were played out, Dash Dudley (6,550,000) took the chip lead followed by Kyle Montgomery (5,960,000) and Eoghan O'Dea (5,150,000). O'Dea is no stranger to making the final table in this event, having secured sixth place back in 2017, and will looking to go even better this time around.

The Day 4 line-up is completed by James Park (4,995,000), Joel Feldman (3,625,000), Jeremy Ausmus (2,405,000), Andrey Razov (1,215,000), and Will Jaffe (1,150,000).

When action resumes at noon on Tuesday, June, 25 the players will take to the PokerGo stage in a bid to claim the gold bracelet and a first-place prize worth $1,086,967.

Some familiar names ran deep but were unable to survive to the end including five-time WSOP bracelet winner and former $10,000 PLO Championship winner Daniel Alaei, who could only lock up a ninth place finish for $72,468 on this occasion.

Francesco Grande (10th - $72,468), Andjelko Andrejevic (11th - $56,703) and Adam Hendrix (12th - $56,703) were also mainstays but just missed out on a spot at the final table.

Four-time WSOP bracelet winner Shaun Deeb made it to the final 24 but didn't get the chance to take his seat at the final three tables. As players were on the move, Deeb was still involved in the action against Dash Dudley, with the board down ace-six-eight-four. Dudley raised a 255,000 bet from Deeb to 800,000 and snap-called after Deeb moved all in for 1.3m.

Dudley revealed jack-ten-seven-five for a straight and was way ahead of Deeb's two pair holding ace-jack-seven-four. The river card only improved Dudley to a flush and Deeb departed to enter Event #58: $50,000 Poker Players Championship.

UK's Luke Schwartz came into Day 3 off the back of his first bracelet win in Event #49: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship last week, and he was going along well until his run was halted in 21st place by a flopped set over set situation.

Former bracelet winners Daniel Fuhs, David Halpern, Ryan D'Angelo, Sandeep Pulusani, Vladimir Shchemelev, Scott Bohlman (18th - $30,532), and Kevin Eyster (13th - $45,229) were among the names to depart during the action.

That's all for now, but stay tuned to PokerNews for all the final day's action as a brand-new champion is crowned.

Daniel Alaei
Daniel Alaei

Dash Dudley raised from the button and saw Daniel Alaei call from the big blind.

The flop fell {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs}, and Alaei checked. Dudley bet 350,000 and Alaei raised the pot, which signaled an all in for Dudley.

Alaei made the call and was the player at risk.

Dash Dudley: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{j-Spades}
Daniel Alaei: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

Dudley held the overpair, and when the turn fell the {k-Hearts}, he improved to top set.

The {3-Diamonds} on the river was no help to Alaei and the five-time bracelet winner exited in 9th place for $72,468.

Francesco Grande

Francesco Grande opened the action with a raise to 410,000 from the hijack and left himself 200,000 behind.

James Park made the call from the cutoff, and they went heads-up to a {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop.

Grande then moved all in and Park snap-called.

Grande held {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for the overpair, but he was unfortunate to see Park reveal {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for top set.

Park held his advantage after the turn {9-Clubs}, and river {4-Hearts} fell, to signal Grande's departure in 10th place for $72,468.

Adam Hendrix

James Park raised to 175,000 from the hijack and saw both Jeremy Ausmus, in the cutoff, and Adam Hendrix, in the small blind, call to see a {q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{j-Hearts} flop.

Hendrix bet pot for 605,000, leaving himself 300,000, behind and saw Park reshove. Ausmus quickly got out of the way, and Hendrix called.

James Park: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
Adam Hendrix: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

Park's top set was ahead of Hendrix's holding, and when the turn brought the {q-Spades} for quads, that was the end of the run for Hendrix. The insignificant {7-Diamonds} hit the river, and Hendrix said his goodbyes to the table and collected $56,703 in 12th place.

Kevin Eyster limped in late position and Daniel Alaei raised on the button to 270,000, which Andrey Razov called in the small blind. Eyster came along and they headed to the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop. Razo checked and Eyster moved all in for his last 500,000, which was called by Alaei only.

Kevin Eyster: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Daniel Alaei: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

Eyster needed some back door help and picked up a straight and flush draw with the {7-Diamonds} turn. The river was the {2-Hearts} and that sent the WSOP bracelet winner to the rail in 13th place for $45,229.

Down to the last 245,000, Cong Pham three-bet all in out of the big blind when facing a button raise by Kyle Montgomery and the latter made the call to create the following showdown.

Cong Pham: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}
Kyle Montgomery: {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

Pham flopped a flush draw and open ender on {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts}, turned a second flush draw and a pair with the {6-Hearts}. With a ton of outs at his disposal, Pham was looking for another comeback story but the blank {2-Diamonds} followed on the river to send him to the rail in 15th place.

Daniel Alaei raised to 125,000 on the button and Jordan Spurlin three-bet the pot for a big portion of his stack out of the big blind. Alaei pushed all in and Spurlin called.

Jordan Spurlin: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Daniel Alaei: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop left Spurlin with a gutshot, but he picked up some further outs on the {7-Hearts} turn. It was not meant to be for Spurlin, however, as the {3-Diamonds} river came a blank to see him depart in 16th place for $36,791.

Ian O Hara

Ian O'Hara was sat on the button and had a 175,000 raise in front of him. Daniel Alaei had reraised enough to put him all in from the big blind for O'Hara's last 300,000 and he made the call after 30 seconds in the tank.

Ian O'Hara: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Daniel Alaei: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Board: {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

Alaei managed to pair his queen on the turn to take the lead, and O'Hara's elimination in 17th place for $30,532 was confirmed after the river fell the {2-Hearts}.
