Hand #103: In a battle of the blinds, Dmitry Yurasov raised to 480,000 from the small. Lichtenberger called from the big. On a flop of

Hand #105: Lichtenberger raised his button to 375,000 and Heath three-bet to 1.5 million from the small blind. Soverel gave up his big blind, Lichtenberger called.
