Lichtenberger Raises Katz's River Bet

Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading 
, Cary Katz led out for 70,000 from the big blind into a pot of over 100,000. Andrew Lichtenberger called on the button and the 
landed on the river.
Katz tossed in a small bet of 25,000 and Lichtenberger used a time extension before raising to 225,000, leaving himself with just over 100,000 behind. Katz quickly let out a big sigh and dipped into the tank himself. After two time extensions, Katz finally released his cards to the muck and Lichtenberger collected the pot.
