Ankush Mandavia had only 27,500 in front of him when his right-hand neighbor raised to 7,000. Mandavia put his last 27,500 in the middle and he was called by the initial raiser. Mandavia played {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and his neighbor was playing {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades}.

The first card was the {a-Hearts} in the window but the flop also brought the {k-Clubs} and {4-Clubs}. The {8-Diamonds} turn and {3-Diamonds} river were safe for Mandavia who doubled up through his opponent.

Matt Glantz
Matt Glantz

A player opened to 7,500 and it folded to Matt Glantz in the big blind who thought about his move for a minute before three-betting to 23,000. His opponent made the call.

Both players checked throughout a board {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. Glantz turned over {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}, which was enough to make his opponent muck his cards.

The flop fell {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and both players checked their option. The turn was the {6-Diamonds} and the player in the big blind lead out with a bet of 4,500. That was enough to make Hallaert fold his hand.

Hard Set Up for Lewis

Nível 13 : 1,000/2,500, 0 ante

The flop showed {3-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}and according to the table, Romain Lewis bet 7,500 after his opponent checked. The latter raised it to 18,000 and Lewis moved all in, putting his opponent at risk for his tournament with total stack worth 51,000. Lewis' opponent made the call and the cards were tabled.

Lewis was holding {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{k-Hearts} for a flush and a straight draw and was facing {5-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} in his opponent's hand with a set of kings.

The board was completed by a {q-Clubs} and a {5-Hearts}, bringing no help to Lewis who conceded the double to his opponent.

"That's a f***ing set up!" said Mike Matusow, seated next to Lewis, "you can say it, that's a real f***ing set up!" repeated Matusow to Lewis who agreed and both players fist-bumped with a smile.
