Klein Hits a Set on the Flop

Nível 18 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

The player in mid-position raised to 38,000 and was called by the player in the lojack. Gary Klein shoved from the hijack for 269,000 and action folded back to the initial raiser who also shoved with the shorter stack. The lojack player quickly folded to let them battle it out.

Initial Raiser: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Gary Klein: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

The flop came {3-Spades}{9-Spades}{a-Spades} for Klein to flop a set and give the initial raiser a pair of aces.

The turn was the {8-Clubs} which didn't change the situation, neither did the {4-Hearts}. The pot was pushed Klein's way while his opponent walked towards the payout desk.
