Landreth Slowly Building

Nível 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The player in mid-position raised to 8,000 and the small blind three-bet to 28,000. Johnny Landreth, in the big blind, called, and the player in middle positon stuck around with a call as well.

The dealer fanned a flop of {q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Clubs}, and the small blind checked. Landreth fired a bet of 28,000, to which both of his opponents folded.

"I had jacks, what did you have?," asked the played in mid-position. "King-queen," answered Landreth.

"So if I moved all in you would have folded?"

Greer Doubles Up

Nível 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The player on the button raised to 8,000, and Garrett Greer, in the small blind, three-bet shoved for 25,000. The button quickly called, and both players tabled their cards.

Garrett Greer: {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

Treccarichi's Check-Raise Takes It

Nível 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The player in early position raised to 7,500, got called by the small blind, and by Walter Treccarichi in the big blind.

The flop came {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}, and action checked to the original raiser who fired 9,000. The small blind folded, but Treccarichi took a few seconds of reflection, before check-raising to 23,000. The original raiser gave it some thought, but opted to let it go.
