Cary Katz opened to 100,000 from the cutoff, Isaac Haxton called from the button, Fedor Holz called from the small blind, and Nick Petrangelo called from the big blind.
The flop came down 
and action checked around to Haxton who bet 110,000. Holz called before Petrangelo check-raised to 390,000. Katz and Haxton folded, as did Holz after a few moments.
