Hands #40-45: Bansal Shoves on Afriat
Hand #40: Jeffrey Tanouye raised to 1.1 million from under the gun, Joe Cada three-bet to 2.6 million from the small blind, and Tanouye folded.
Hand #41: Richard Ali shoved for 6.15 million from under the gun and won the pot uncontested.
Hand #42: Eric Afriat called from the button, Tanouye completed his small blind, and Ali checked his option. The flop came 
and both blinds checked. Afriat bet 800,000 and both of his opponents folded.
Hand #43: Joe Cada raised to 1.15 million under the gun and won the blinds and antes.
Hand #44: Afriat raised to 1.8 million from under the gun and took the pot without a fight.
Hand #45: Paawan Bansal raised the button to 1.2 million and Afriat called from the big blind. The flop came 
and Afriat bet 1.3 million. Bansal shoved, putting Afriat to a decision for his stack. He folded and Bansal took the pot.
