Aerts Takes Down the Pot Without Showdown
Matthijs Aerts raised to 26,000 from the under the gun position and Ankush Mandavia three-bet from one seat over to 80,000. Todd Ivens called from the small blind and the player in the big blind folded. Aerts decided to put in a four-bet when he shoved 250,000 forward. Mandavia folded his hand, but Ivens called.
The hand was already lasting for six minutes when the flop came down. Ivens checked to the Belgian player and he pushed all in for effectively about 470,000, covering Ivens by a lot. Ivens opted to go for the fold and when the hand was over Mandavia offered Aerts $50 to see his hand.
Aerts shoved his hand to the muck with a smile on his face and took down the pretty sizeable pot without showdown.
