Welcome to Day 4 of Event #7: $565 COLOSSUS No-Limit Hold'em where cards will be in the air in just a few hours at 2 p.m. local time. After three long days of poker the massive 13,070 entry field is down to the final table.

USA's Sang Liu is leading the way with 18,205,000 after catching fire late on Day 3. The relatively unknown Liu has just five recorded tournament cashes on his Hendon Mob for $7,399. Liu has already locked up his largest career score and is now guaranteed at least $57,425.

Liu vaulted to the top of the chip counts holding {k-Spades}{10-Spades} against the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} of Michael Cohen on the {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop. All of the chips went in the middle and the turn {10-Hearts} improved Liu to a full house leaving Cohen drawing to just one out. The river {8-Hearts} sealed the deal for Liu eliminating Cohen in 11th and moving Liu into the chip lead.

Hand #5:

Steven Jones shoved all in for 885,000 from the hijack. Roberly Felicio, in the small blind, asked for a count. The dealer confirmed the amount and Felicio folded. Song Choe then cut out calling chips and reluctantly called.

Steven Jones: {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Song Choe: {J-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}

The flop came {J-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs} to give Choe two pair and Jones one. Jones needed another deuce or ace to stay alive. The {10-Spades} on the turn and the {q-Diamonds} on the river weren't what he needed, and Jones was sent away from the stage in 9th place for $57,425.

Timothy Miles: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Song Choe: {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

Margereson showed {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and would need to improve against the {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} of Felicio. The dealer fanned the {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop and it was no help to Margereson.

The turn was the {4-Clubs} and Margereson would need an ace on the river to stay alive. The chants for an ace from Margereson's railed filled the room but the {2-Spades} hit the river. Felicio ran to his rail as they cheered him on and then walked back to Margereson to shake his hand.

Hand #201: Joel Wurtzel moved all in for 11,600,000 and Sang Liu called. Wurtzel showed {a-Hearts}{4-Spades} and Sang turned over {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. The dealer spread the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop and sang flopped top pair and a flush draw to put a hammer lock on the hand.

The turn was the {9-Clubs} and Liu improved to a flush leaving Wurtzel drawing dead. The meaningless {7-Diamonds} hit the river and Wurtzel was eliminated in 3rd place, taking home a massive payday of $300,000.

This was Wurtzel first ever recored tournament cash and he managed to turn his $565 investment into a six figure payday.

Roberly Felicio: {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Sang Liu: {a-Spades}{6-Spades}

The dealer fanned the {5-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Spades} flop; a monster flop for Liu who picked up both straight and flush draws. Felicio, however, was still in the lead with his jack kicker.

"Come on spade or three," Liu shouted just as the {10-Clubs} hit the turn.

The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and Felicio ran into the arms of his rail as the Brazilian cheers filled the room. The two players shook hands afterwards. Liu earned his largest career tournament cash of $500,000 for his second-place finish in the COLOSSUS.
