Keeline Loses Chips

Nível 9 : 300/600, 100 ante
Ben Keeline
Ben Keeline

Ben Keeline raised and a player moved all in for his last 7,900. The action came back to Keeline who quickly called.

Holding for {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} Keeline against {j-Spades}{k-Spades} for his opponent, Keeline had to win the flip, but the board {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Spades}{a-Spades}{6-Hearts} gave the nut flush to his opponent as well as the double up.

Nitsche Has a Good Start

Nível 9 : 300/600, 100 ante

Dominik Nitsche registered last minute in the tournament and already tripled up his starting stack.

On the last hand, the flop read {4-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} on a raised pot and three players were involved. The players checked all the way through the {3-Spades} turn and {j-Hearts} river and Nitsche tabled {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for the straight. His opponents folded their hands and Nitsche grabbed another pot.

Chris Ferguson
Chris Ferguson

According to the table, Chris Ferguson moved his last 7,000 in the middle with {a-}{j-} and John Utley made the call with {10-}{10-}.

The flop brought {6-}{9-}{2-} and a {a-} fell on the turn, giving Ferguson good chances for a double-up. However, the river fell a {10-}, giving Utley a set of tens and eliminated Ferguson from the tournament. "I knew a ten was coming," Utley told us with a smile.

Gillett Send an Opponent to the Rail

Nível 9 : 300/600, 100 ante

Melissa Gillet raised and someone moved all in for 16,200. Gillett moved her 16,700 stack into the middle and would just barely have her opponent covered. Players then turned over their hands.

Melissa Gillett: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and Gillett's kings full took down the pot, eliminating her opponent.
