Picking up the action on fifth street, Scott Seiver bet with the better board and Paul Volpe called. Volpe called Seiver's sixth-street bet, Seiver bet his remaining 15,000 on seventh street and Volpe called.

"Eight-six," said Seiver.

Volpe showed {5-}{6-}{7-} for a seven-six, Seiver mucked and Volpe scored the elimination.

By the time Daniel Ospina was all in and called by Eric Rodawig, both had already meshed their cards together.

"Yay, trip fours," Ospina joked when he received the {4-} next, while Rodawig ended up with an {A-}. Rodawig was still ahead with a {Q-} on sixth, which left Ospina with some hope as he picked up the {3-}.

Rodawig then squeezed his last card and got the {7-}, "It's not a jack," Rodawig added in table chat. Ospina squeezed his last card, turned over the {8-} and became the first elimination in the money. Ospina takes home $15,256 for his efforts.

One hand later and one table over, Cary Katz completed and John Hennigan called. Hennigan asked for a king for Katz only for the latter to reply "only if you get one first." Katz received the ace right after and bet, Hennigan called. Katz then checked and Hennigan bet, Katz called with more small talk to follow.

Hennigan bet sixth and Katz called, both then elected to check. Katz showed his {J-} first and added "four low cards and then all the crap after," while also mentioning he started with a deuce-seven. Hennigan showed {10-}{8-}{4-} and won the pot, reducing Katz to fewer than two big bets on the money bubble.

Hastings had a nine-six draw on fourth, but by the time sixth was dealt, Leah had a ten-nine and Hastings had paired up his six with a jack-nine showing.

Leah showed first and had another {10-} on seventh, while Hastings checked his cards, shook his head and said "no good" before revealing his {5-} as final card to bust before the money.
