Schwartz Fires the Turn and River

Nível 2 : 25/50, 0 ante

PLO-8

There was a raise to 125 from middle position and Jake Schwartz called from the big blind. The flop fell {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and both players checked to the {q-Diamonds} on the turn.

Schwartz led out for 250 and his opponent stuck around to see the {k-Hearts} on the river. Schwartz threw in an over-bet which was quickly declared to be 775 and his opponent mucked his cards.

PLO-8

Marcel Luske was involved in a big pot in PLO-8 where he lost all his chips to his left neighbor.

On an {8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} flop Luske bet pot holding {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}. His opponent called the bet and Luske announced pot again on the {8-Hearts} turn. This time the bet was for about 6,000 and Luske had all of his chips in the middle.

After a while, his opponent called the bet and opened up {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

The dealer put down the {Q-Spades} river which eliminated Luske, who asked the dealer where he needed to go to re-enter the tournament.

We found a couple fresh faces and Nathan Gamble seems to have had an amazing start of the tournament. After a little more than one level he is already up to three times the starting stack.

Big-O

Four players saw a flop of {8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and the action checked around to the {k-Hearts} on the turn. Gladys Tano led out for 200 but was called by all three players, including Kinh Dang in the cutoff and Allen Kessler on the button.

The {j-Diamonds} landed on the river and the action checked to Dang who tossed in a bet of 600. Kessler quickly called and Tano did the same. Tano was the first to show her cards, flipping over {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} for a set but Dang held {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades} for a straight. Kessler tabled {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for two pair and the best low hand, to scoop half the pot.

"I needed another king, or an eight," Kessler explained, not realizing that neither of those cards would have worked for him.

Wlliamson III and Leosmaldonado Chop It Up

Nível 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

PLO-8

Robert Williamson III and Roberto Leosmaldonado saw a {Q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop appear, with a third player in the hand.

It checked to Williamson III and he bet 300. Leosmaldonado was the only player that called. Both players saw the {J-Spades} turn and Leosmaldonaldo check-called a bet of 800.

The {6-Spades} river completed the board and Leosmaldonado check-called a final bet of 2,500

Robert Williamson III: {A-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Roberto Leosmaldonado: {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

They both chopped up the pot for a small profit.
