Mitchell Spikes the River to Win a Huge Pot

The action folded to Tobias Hausen who made it 3,000 on the button. Cameron Mitchell defended from the big blind and the flop came 
. Mitchell check-called a bet of 5,000 from Hausen and the 
rolled off on the turn.
Mitchell checked again and Hausen pushed in a bet of 15,000. Mitchell thought for a moment and then announced a check-raise for the whole pot. Hausen moved his last 53,500 into the middle and the cards were tabled.

Hausen was in the lead with two pair and the nut flush draw while Mitchell held the best low draw. Mitchell was desperately looking for a five or ten to scoop the pot, and indeed the 
hit the river. Mitchell made a straight for the high hand and there was no low hand available. Hausen disappointedly walked away with a min-cash while Mitchell appears to have taken over the chip lead.
