A Lucky Lady Moves Stein Over a Million

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

A preflop raising war broke out between Matthew Stein and Iaron Lightbourne. The end result was Stein moving all in for 550,000 and Lightbourne calling. Stein turned over his {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades} but he was dominated by the {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades} of Lightbourne.

They saw a flop of {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Lightbourne's kings maintained the lead. Then the {q-Hearts} hit the turn and the table erupted as Stein turned spiked his two-outer to take the lead. The {5-Hearts} river improved Stein to a full house and he doubled his stack to move over the one-million chip mark.

Nice Pot for Kerby

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hillery Kerby opened to 28,000 from under the gun and both David Eldridge in the cut off and Wendy Freedman in the big blind made the call.

The flop fell {3-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts}. Freedman checked and Kerby continued for 40,000. Only Eldridge made the call. On the {3-Spades} turn, Kerby pushed all in for 147,000 and after a tank Elridge folded his hand.

After this hand Eldridge stack is down to 155,000 chips.

Brown Turns a Flush to Double Up

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Rob Brown
Rob Brown

The action folded to Rob Brown in the cutoff and he moved all in for 200,000. Josh Bergman called from the big blind turning over {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Brown would need to improve holding {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}.

The dealer fanned the {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and Brown flopped the nut flush. The turn was the {5-Clubs} improving Brown to the nut flush leaving Bergman drawing dead. The meaningless {8-Hearts} completed the board and Brown doubled his stack.

Deuce Is Good Enough For Hartree

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Kyle Hartree
Kyle Hartree

Kyle Hartree was in middle position and checked to his lone opponent, Ryan Goindoo, on a {K-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} board. Goindoo bet 20,000 into the existing pot of approximately 60,000 and Hartree called.

The {3-Spades} fell on the river and both players checked. Hartree tabled {A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}, having flopped the nut-flush draw and turned a pair of deuces. Goindoo mucked and Hartree took the chips.

Banish Spikes a Deuce to Double Up

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Kris Klimosko raised to 30,000 from the cutoff and Brian Banish moved all in for 153,000 from the big blind. Klimosko thought it over for a bit and called, turning over {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}. "I didn't look yet," said Banish as he turned over his {7-Spades}{2-Spades}.

The dealer fanned the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop and Banish paired his deuce to take the lead. The turn brought the {6-Spades} and the {3-Diamonds} hit the river. Banish's flopped pair of deuces was enough to earn him the pot and he doubled through Klimosko.

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Chris Karambinis in early position opened to 28,000 and Joe McKeehen made the call on the button. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{j-Spades}, Karambinis bet 32,000, and McKeehen called. The {k-Diamonds} turn then brought a bet of 75,000 from Karambinis, and McKeehen called again.

The river was the {a-Clubs} and both players checked. Karambinis tabled {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and it was enough to make McKeehen send his hand to the muck.

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

John Beauprez got his last 150,000 all in preflop holding {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} against the {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} of Kelly Wolfe.

There was an ace in the window for Wolfe to take the lead on the {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop. The turn {q-Clubs} and river {3-Hearts} then sealed the deal for Wolfe and Beauprez was eliminated
