Wien Spikes a Spade on the Turn to Make a Huge Double

Jeremy Wien opened to 42,000 from early position and found two callers in Kenny Smaron (button) and Asi Moshe (big blind).
The flop fell 
and big action followed. Moshe tapped to let Wien fire a 105,000 continuation bet. Smaron called but Moshe had bigger plans. He reached to his stack and check-raised to 269,000. Wien announced he was all-in, earning a fold from Smaron. Moshe, however, called in a second.

Moshe had floppped it but he had to fade a spade card on the turn and river. The dealer wasn't on the same page, however, giving Wien the nut flush on the 
turn. Moshe knew he was beat and the 
couldn't change anything. He had to ship 626,000 Wien's way.
